My husband Ruben has been a patient of Dr. Shafizadeh since 2008, when he was first diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. We chose Dr. Shafizadeh after meeting with several other urologists because we found him to not only be knowledgeable and skilled, but also very kind and thoughtful. From our initial meeting, he has been nothing but patient, answering our many questions and calming our fears. Cancer is not a journey we would have ever chosen to undertake, but having Dr. Shafizadeh with us makes it a challenging journey we can face head on. We have recommended Dr. Shafizadeh to many friends and relatives over the years and they too find him to be wonderful.
